The Sant Pere de Rodes Music Festival this year celebrates its 15th anniversary. It will be a special edition in which renowned international artists will play, with soloists, duets and trios from piano, violin, cello or flute specialties; and where the main aim is the music quality.
12 concerts in total, will take place from 11th July until 29th August in the incomparable setting of the monastery church.
Faithful to its origins and as always dedicated to piano and chamber music, this year stands by way of celebration, the self production ‘And the Winner is …’ Is a concert with movies music played by Carlos & Sophia piano duet and the orchestra Concerts4Good-Terres de Marca, under the direction of Daniel Maestro. With the unique combination of 4-hand piano and string orchestra, we will enjoy the most memorable themes and soundtracks, transcribed by Adria Barbosa and Abraham Espinosa.
