“The Claca Festival is an outdoor performing arts festival that this year celebrates its fourth edition. It arises from a citizens’ initiative and is supported by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Llançà.
In this fourth edition the Claca Festival consolidates last years targets: de-contextualize the performing arts from their usual environment and bring them to new audiences; all of them are free entrance shows; interdisciplinary presentations, circus, dance, theatre, music and performing arts workshops where people can create and experience; presentations for all kinds of audiences.
We continue working with local people from the village, as it relies on the power of cultural life as an element of social cohesion and improving social relations.
We want the Claca Festival to continue filling Llançà streets and squares with illusion, intense emotions and party.
