Over which restaurant in Spain does the sun come up first? 

	So distorted the question first appears, so simply is the answer:		the sun shines first on the restaurant Cap de Creus on the Cap de Creus with the address, which can be easily remembered:
			Restaurant Cap de Creus Cap de Creus s/n (= sin numero, without number) Cadaqués

	Why?  Because the Cap de Creus is the most eastern point of the Iberian Peninsula.
The Cap de Creus displays its wondrous stone formations just a few meters from the restaurant.		Many visitors of the Cap have admired these formations again and again; and yet few can recall a restaurant.

This is not since the owner, Chris Little has located his restaurant in the former administration building for the lighthouse.  The lighthouse is now automatic, and is controlled by Barcelona. The building has retained its low-key façade.

	No advertisement should disturb the majesty of the Cap. Only a small hand-painted sign indicates that a bar-restaurant is at the top of the path. The rock formations were created by wind and water.  This is a wind point.
However, the terrace on the back of the building is well protected from the wind,	an ideal place to have a drink or the aperitif before an excellent meal.

The kitchen of the restaurant is quite rich and varied, despite the remote location.  The kitchen's emphasis is on regional cook art; their speciality is fresh fish as well as Indian cuisine. For groups over 15 persons there are special offers after previous reservation by telephone. The wine-list is select and very extensive.

		The restaurant is opened year-round; except it is closed during November.  In the pre- and after-season it opens during the week from 12 h to 21h30 and on the weekends from 11h to 24 h.
The bar is particularly richly equipped with Malt Whisky.

The restaurant sometimes organizes small, rather intimate concerts in the evening.  Recent examples of these musical events were a night of jazz or Bossa Nova.
