"Les Palmiers" is a holiday housing estate on 6000m2 ground in the quarter of Fané de Baix of Llançà at the edge of the village, directly at the rocky coast facing toward Port de la Selva and Cadaqués. The distance to the village or to the Port of Llançà is about two kilometres; to Port de la Selva about four kilometres. The very popular sandy beach "Cau de Llop" can be reached by a convenient round path along the coast and is about 400 meters away.

      
     
   
Within the community is a generously sized swimming pool, a tennis court, swings, toboggan, television and a small play salon with billiard, table football etc. A snack bar with tables in the open air are available from June

We let 11 apartments for four to five persons and and four individual villas, two pt them with view at the sea for 5 to 11 persons with garages and carparks		  
All dwellings are comfortably furnished, with a washing machine, microwaves and television. The television in the apartments is able to receive Spanish and French television while the houses can receive either Spanish or French programs or with a satellite TV. 3 villas also have washing machine, microwaves and dishwasher.
Some of the dwellings are equipped with heating and can be rented in the winter as well. Otherwise the season begins at Easter and continues to October.
A Bar is attached and a Snack bar with open-air tables opens for the season on 1 June.

"Les Palmiers" is a calm place, in order to allow our guests to have a pleasant family holiday, but there are also opportunities for social interaction. During the summer each Wednesday starting from 21:00 a flamenco show takes place in the garden and on Sunday one musical night

The rental prices depend on the location (the first line, directly at the sea vs. the second line), the size of the dwelling and on the season.
